Как правильно питаться летом?

Лето — замечательное время, когда помимо прочих свойственных ему прелестей появляются вкусные и полезные фрукты, овощи, ягоды и зелень. Наш организм об этом знает, поэтому переходит на особый, летний режим: витамины и жидкость становятся для него дороже всех остальных нутриентов.

Вода на первом месте

В тёплое время года наш организм усиленно теряет жидкость, поэтому очень важно соблюдать питьевой режим. Рекомендуемая норма – 30 мл на 1 килограмм веса. Почему же это так важно? Дело в том, что центры голода и жажды в нашем мозге расположены очень близко, причём центр жажды с возрастом теряет чувствительность. Иными словами, чем старше человек, тем реже ему хочется пить. При этом за счёт близости расположения этих центров жажда довольно часть воспринимается нами как голод. И вместо того, чтобы выпить воды, мы начинаем есть. Если питьевой режим не налажен, то человек, во‐первых, переедает, а во‐вторых, привыкает к недостатку воды, постоянно обезвоживая свой организм.

От каких продуктов лучше отказаться

От животных жиров. В жару сальные и потовые железы работают с нагрузкой, что может приводить к образованию акне и высыпаниям. Авокадо, орехи, семена, нерафинированные растительные масла (в идеале – свежевыжатые) насытят организм энергией, питательными веществами и исключительно полезными жирами.

От сладких напитков. В качестве основного источника жидкости лучше использовать воду. Если вам стало скучно, добавьте в неё дольки лимона или апельсина, мяту, базилик, тархун или ягоды. Сладкие соки и газировку нужно исключить, так как сахар, которого в таких напитках очень много, приводит к быстрому и избыточному выбросу инсулина, инсулинорезистентности (нечувствительности рецепторов клеток к инсулину) и отложению жира.

От продуктов, вызывающих аллергию. Лето – это не только пора бурного цветения, но и сложное время для аллергиков. Белок полезен и необходим в любое время года, но летом красное мясо лучше заменить на нежирную птицу, красную рыбу, яйца и кисломолочные продукты средней жирности.

Холодные супы – летний хит, но и здесь есть нюансы. Окрошка не должна содержать колбасу, а вместо кваса лучше использовать минеральную воду. С кефиром тоже не всё гладко, так как кефирный грибок не очень «дружит» с микрофлорой кишечника. Если вы хорошо переносите кисломолочные продукты, то лучший выбор – айран.
